You reach out — through this form, by email, or on WhatsApp. We respond within 24 hours. In that first exchange, we are not selling anything. We are listening. The occasion, the relationship, the intention — these tell us everything we need to know.

Based on our conversation, we recommend either a piece from the curated collection or a fully bespoke commission. We manage the relationship with the artisan and every detail of the process.

Your piece arrives with its provenance document — a record of its making, its artisan, and the tradition it carries.

There is no automated funnel. Every response comes from a person who has read your inquiry and thought about it. We do not send templates. We send considered replies.
